Property Inspections

We, as a supplier, will carry out property inspections in Portsmouth of the communal areas of your property, both inside and out. These inspections will be carried out approximately every 6 weeks and will be conducted at a variety of times during the day, including evenings. At HMS Property Management, our property inspections for flat management are very thorough. We understand that we live in an increasingly litigious society, so we prioritize all aspects of health and safety during these inspections. As a supplier, we will promptly report any inspection findings to you, providing an early opportunity to address any defects that may require attention. If deemed appropriate by you, necessary repairs or improvements will be made. Unlike you, as the property owner, we do not have daily visibility of your property. Therefore, we actively encourage all lessees to report any issues as soon as possible.
